For your final portfolio cover letter, you'll both need to introduce your
portfolio and discuss your own grammar philosophy. Use this blog to help
you start drafting that statement. Ideally, what you choose to emphasize
in your final portfolio will help you illustrate/articulate your philosophy for
teaching grammar (e.g., if you think grammar should be taught through YAL
examples, your own examples should come from YAL novels).
